A Figure In Stone #7: Setting Up to Enlarge

Whew. Finally ready to rumble.

The video for this really says it all so I’ll keep this text to a minimum. I’ve posted a few times about the enlarging machine but this is the first time I’ve actually set it up to use it. This one is physically setting it up on the bench. In the next one I’ll actually enlarge the model. Then the last one T’d up is casting the full size result.

That done, I can actually start pointing it. In fact, I’ve already done a lot of work with the punch to get the stone ready, so we can jump right into the actual carving.
